About BJ Campbell NFR & PRCA Champion

BJ Campbell has been competing as a professional team roper and steer wrestler since 1998, and has qualified for the elite National Finals Rodeo 3 times, in 2001, 2004 and 2005. In addition to his NFR qualifications, Campbell has 6 Tour Finale qualifications, 3 Dodge National Circuit Finals qualifications and 2 Dodge National Circuit Finals titles. BJ is the only cowboy that’s won the prestigious DNCFR title heading and heeling. He has won team roping, steer wrestling and all-around titles at PRCA rodeos all across the country. BJ is now pursuing an overdue World Championship heeling.

Campbell, originally from Benton City, Wash., now resides in Aguila, Ariz. Campbell grew up with a rope in his hand and while nothing beats the thrill of competing he has found a new passion in producing team roping events in Wickenburg & Aguila, Ariz. He also enjoys hosting clinics and giving lessons as time allows and takes a limited number of outside horses, and he’s always got a few good horses for sale.
